I finally broke down and went to St. Mary’s Hospital to weigh. I really don’t want to weigh more than twice a month and once a month if I can tolerate it. This process is just not about the numbers but I will admit that it is nice to see the numbers going down. Anyways, the point of this post is to say that I weighed my wheelchair on the St. Mary’s scales and it weighs the same there as it does in Tulsa so that tells me that the scales should jive when it comes to my weight. I’m down 73 so far in four months. The four month “anniversary” was Saturday.
That is an excellent loss!!!
